    hands if you don't want to bounce from side to side you can step from side to side like I'm doing on the right do the modification that works best for you it's best to start this off slow until you get your rhythm and just go for it just go for it because you are doing good can you believe this is the last set the last set you have made it through almost this whole workout you are amazing keep going perfect next up we have
